 Rogers 0.10mm ShockPad foam Description

Rogers PORON 0.10mm thick ShockPad foam is a reliable impact buffer that can be used at the rear of the cashless display and next to other internal components of mobile devices. ShockPad foam material not only absorbs huge impact but also has excellent resistance to compression deformation. In addition, it is easy to process and always performs reliably throughout the life cycle of the end product. It can withstand temperatures as high as 150℃ and as low as minus 40℃.

PORON ShockPad foam provides protection and design flexibility for thin handheld devices and backline displays, including smartphones, tablets, and more. Rogers Foam material maintains its integrity and effectiveness in interstitial, gasket, and vibration isolation applications. It can meet the requirements of fixing and sealing smooth parts of various parts, and is suitable for non-structural sealing of light and small shape materials, with good waterproof performance.

 Rogers 0.10mm ShockPad foam Features

  • With excellent sealing, avoid gas release and atomization.
  • Compressive deformation resistance, that is, the durability of elasticity, can ensure that the parts get long-term shock protection.
  • It is flame retardant, does not contain harmful substances, does not remain, does not pollute equipment, and is not corrosive to metal.
  • Can be used in a wide range of temperatures. It can be used from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius.
  • The surface has excellent infiltration, easy to bond, easy to make, and easy to cut.
  • Engineering polyurethane formulations provide a wide modulus range to meet more design flexibility requirements
