SlimGrip SG+RL-06020 foam

Rogers SlimGrip SG+RL-06020 foam is the softest PORON polyurethane foam material with a thickness of 0.5 mm, which can be squeezed into gaps of less than 0.05 mm. Despite its thinness, PORON SlimGrip foam has excellent resilience and contains no incompressible layers. This high compressibility makes SlimGrip foam the ideal material for display gaskets.

SlimGrip SG+RL-06020 foam Features

SlimGrip foams are ideal for applications where flexibility is important. It is extremely compressible, resistant to compression deformation, and dust-tight can meet the requirements for fixing and sealing smooth parts of various components and is suitable for non-structural fixing and sealing of light and small materials. It is also suitable for external coating, processing, and related product customization and stamping. It can withstand high temperatures of 150℃ and low temperatures of minus 40℃. It also plays an irreplaceable role in the die-cutting of electronic parts.

Can be used in a variety of temperature ranges. It can be used from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius.
The surface has excellent wettability, easy to bond, easy to fabricate, and easy to punch and cut.
Engineered polyurethane formulations offer a wide range of moduli to meet increased design flexibility requirements.
Excellent sealing properties to avoid gas release and fogging.
